More than 60 students from Thimphu, Chukha, Paro, and Wangdue Phodrang participated in the lawn tennis junior national open championship. The game concluded on December 23, 2017 in Phuentsholing. Six students, under-12 have also been selected for an upcoming tennis game in Vietnam. They will undergo a weeklong training in Thimphu before leaving to Vietnam.
