In celebrating His Majesty’s birth anniversary and marking the fifth national scout day, the Bhutan Scout Association (BSA) awarded three-service award to scout leaders on February 21.

Three teachers serving as scout leaders received the award in recognition of their service in promoting scouting. The national scout day has been celebrated annually since 2015.
