Samdrupjongkhar Thromde signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with stakeholders on April 8 to maintain permanent gardens and cleanliness of the town.

Agencies are required to take care of and maintain their respective flower gardens and parks. Thromde will provide water supply for the gardens, saplings and technical support.
