Tomato & Mozzarlla Bruschetta
Recipe: Method:
Slice bread and toast it
Deseed tomato and chop it, add finely chopped garlic, chopped spring onion, chopped basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well
Cut mozzarella into thin slices
Brush toasted sliced bread with olive oil, place sliced cheese on each toast and top it with tomato mixture
Garnish with basil sprigs
Ingredients Quantity
Baguette or any
crusty bread 1 bread
Big red tomato 4 no’s
Garlic few cloves
Spring onion 20gm
Basil leaves few leaves
Mozzarella cheese 50gm
Olive oil 30ml
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
