Strawberry Compote 10gms
Milk 10ml
White bread few slices

In a heavy-bottom saucepan, add cream and sugar and bring to boil
Add the milk with agar-agar to the mixture and stir it well.
Cook for 3-5 minutes more before removing from the flame
Divide mixture into 3 parts and add the three flavours (chopped lime leaf, star anise, and vanilla) to the three mixture
Pour the mixture in the shot glasses and keep it in fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
For garnish – take white bread loaf and slice it very thin into 4-5 pieces. Cut it into triangles. Put on a baking tray. Apply some butter and make it golden brown in the oven
