To have a progressive policy and legislation in place, the health ministry is drafting a Health Act.

Health minister Dechen Wangmo, during the Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital’s second foundation day on May 2, said that for the health system to grow, there must be a good enabling environment.
