Ambassador of Bhutan to Japan V. Namgyel and Ambassador of Japan to Bhutan Suzuki Satoshi signed the exchange of notes for the Project for the Construction of Royal Centre for Infectious Diseases on September 22 in New Delhi yesterday. Under the project, the Government of Japan will provide a grant of Yen 2.994 billion to Bhutan for the construction of a state-of-the-art infectious diseases centre in Bhutan.
