Bhutan’s boxer Tenzin Drugyel lost to Uzbekistan’s Hasanboy Dusmatov in the men’s flyweight (51kg) quarterfinal of the ongoing ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships in Jordan on November 5. Hasanboy Dusmatov is Uzbekistan’s No 2 and the Rio Olympics gold medalist.  On November 4, Tenzin Drugyel knocked out Cambodia’s Nov Sokty in the same category.  

Four senior boxers from Bhutan are in Jordan for the competition which ends on November 12.
