The Royal Scarf marks the shouldering of Royal Duties and responsibilities in service of the Tsa-Wa-Sum.
His Royal Highness Prince Ugyen Jigme was born in 1994 to His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo and Her Majesty Gyalyum Tseyring Pem Wangchuck. His Royal Highness graduated from University in 2019, and trained to become a De-suup in March 2020. Since then, His Royal Highness has served in various De-suung deployments during the pandemic.
