More than 359 children, aged between 5 and 18 years, participated in the first 19-day ‘Kuwait Bhutan Friendship through Basketball’ camps held in Thimphu, Trongsa and Zhemgang that ended yesterday.  The programme was funded by the Kuwait Embassy in Thimphu and executed by the Bhutan Basketball Federation.  The event was conducted to offer children an equal stage to showcase their talents and develop them.
