The government will facilitate transport for those stranded in Thimphu and without cars beginning today. In the first batch, those from Paro, Haa, Punakha and Gasa are asked to report to Changlimithang at 1.30pm today with RT-PCR results, facemasks, other protective gears, and packed food.  More than 1,000 individuals were stranded in Thimphu and all public transport services were grounded following the imposition of lockdown from January 16.
