Twenty-two archers are competing in Bhutan Grand Prix, an international-style compound-bow archery tournament, that began yesterday at the Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu. Four top archers will be selected to represent Bhutan at the upcoming Asian Games. The archers will shoot 45 arrows each in the elimination round today. Only four archers will advance to the finals tomorrow.  

His Royal Highness Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, His Majesty’s Representative and the President of the Bhutan Olympic Committee, attended the opening ceremony.
