Prime Minister Dr Lotay Tshering met UNDP administrator Achim Steiner in the backdrop of Qatar hosting LDC5 conference in Doha on March 4.  

On LDC graduation, Lyonchhen said that it would be highly appreciated if UNDP could redesign its formula that suits Bhutan and Bhutan’s specific needs.
