The national men’s football team landed in Nepal yesterday to participate in the Three Nations Cup 2023 which begins today. Bhutan will play its first game against Laos on March 25. Bhutan had not participated in a single international competition or a friendly match since 2019 after the Covid-19 pandemic. The last international appearance was the two-legged game against Guam in 2019 where Bhutan lost 5-1 on aggregate.
