Prime Minister Dr Lotay Tshering met with Vice President Kris Peeters of European Investment Bank and his team in Luxemburg yesterday.  The two sides discussed the focus areas to sustain Bhutan’s graduation from LDC this year, and the possibilities of forming a consortium with World Bank and Asian Development Bank to finance the country’s hydro projects.
