Bhutan Paralympic Committee in collaboration with Xiborg Japan and Gidagom Prosthetic and Orthotic unit developed the first prosthetic running blade for Tshering Penjor, a student of Yangchen Gatshel HSS  in Thimphu. Tshering will be the first  athlete with a running blade in Bhutan. Tshering Penjor  studies in class VII.
