Karma Gyambo, 37, was crowned Mr Bhutan 2023 at the 12th National Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship held in Thimphu on August 26.  Ugyen Pema bagged the Miss Fitness Bhutan 2023, and Bubu Rai won the Men’s Physique Champion 2023.  Twenty-six men and women participated in the competition organised by the Bhutan Bodybuilding Association.
