His Holiness the Je Khenpo consecrated the four-storey multipurpose hall at Serlung Pasakha Pekarchholing Buddhist Institute in Dogar gewog, Paro yesterday.  Zhung Dratshang’s Tshogi Lopon Sangay Khandu and Khenpo Karma Lotay contributed Nu 160 million for its construction.
