People’s Democratic Party re-elected former Prime Minister Dasho Tshering Tobgay as its President, Dasho Dorji Choden as the Vice President, Kuenga Tashi as the  General Secretary and Tshering as Treasurer at the party convention held in Thimphu on October 14.
