His Eminence Gyalse Trulku Rinpoche and Prime Minister Dr Lotay Tshering launched the Thimphu Structure Plan after the salhang tendrel ceremony for the Mass Timber Pilot Project at three locations in Thimphu on October 14.

The event was attended by senior government officials, representatives from the local government, Royal Project Gelephu Team and members of Royal Commission for Urban Development.
