His Royal Highness Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck, the President of the Bhutan Olympic Committee (BOC), attended the 141st International Olympic Committee (IOC) session in Mumbai, India yesterday. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the session. This assembly of IOC members functions as a forum for making critical decisions concerning the Olympic movement.
