His Majesty The King granted dhar to appoint the secretaries of the Ministry or Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) and the Ministry of Finance (MoF) at the Tashichhodzong today. 

The new secretary of the MoLHR is Tashi Wangmo (Left), who was serving as an eminent member in the National Council.  The new Finance Secretary is Kesang Deki, who was the Director General of the Department of National Properties. 

In accordance with the Constitution, government secretaries are appointed by His Majesty The King, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, who obtains nominations from the Royal Civil Service Commission.
