The general public would also want to know the reason for such change in ministerial position. What happened to the former foreign minister Rinzin Dorji upon whom people have placed their hope and trust? Is he not capable enough? Why Lonpo Damchoe is trusted with foreign ministry’s responsibility? Is the elected MP Dawa Gyeltshen equally not competent? We expect Lonpo Damchoe to stay in a position where he had been well attuned with. It would be comfortable for him to move with any planned activities.

I hope the government will not bring any disgrace to public before the completion of its tenure.
