On the Command of His Majesty The King, a special prayer called “Palden Lhamoi Che Lued” was conducted at the Pangrizampa Monastery (School of Astrology) in Thimphu for the quick recovery of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati, the eldest daughter of King Maha Vajralongkorn.




Her Royal Highness Princess is currently undergoing medical treatment at King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital in Bangkok after being hospitalised last week due to a heart problem.

The prayer ceremony is one of the most sacred prayers performed by the monastery for the specific purpose. The prayer ceremony was attended by members of the Royal Privy Council, senior officials from His Majesty’s Secretariat and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
