Method: In a bowl mix the tom yum and roasted chilli paste with fish sauce, broth powder and lemon juice

Put the stock in a sauce pan; allow it to boil with the rest of the ingredients

After boiling for few minutes lower the heat and add the tom yum and chilli paste. Increase the heat and allow the stock to boil till the prawns are cooked

Garnish with sprigs of coriander and serve hot

Tom Yum Paste ½ tbsp

Thai Roasted Chilli Paste 1/2tbsp

Kaffir Lime Leaves 2 to3 leaves

Red Chilli Sliced 2 nos

Galangal 10 gm

Tomato Diced 50 gm

Lemongrass 10gm

Fish Sauce 1tsp

Broth Powder ½ tsp Stock 300 ml

Lemon Juice 1tsp

Coriander few springs
