The government must implement the Parliament’s decision on the tourism flagship programme where one of the four focus dzongkhags was Zhemgang as provided in the Budget and Appropriation Act 2019-20.

The National Assembly Speaker conveyed this in writing to the opposition leader, the prime minister, the Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) chairperson and the National Council (NC) on July 23.
