Bhutan’s Ambassador presents his credential to the Sri Lankan President

Bhutan’s Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Rinchen Kuentsyl presented his Letter of Credence to the  President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Ranil Wickremesinghe,  at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo on November 11.
